I provide talk therapy as a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario & a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

when talking is easiest… when logic and rationality is comfortable… when navigating or changing your thoughts appeals to you…

let me offer you a space to come and be truly listened to. whether through talk therapy or meditation & mindfulness coaching we can start your healing journey from a place of comfort and conversation. Begin to challenge your thoughts, quiet your mind, understand your thoughts & feelings, and process emotions.

wholeness of body

I am a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) with the American Dance Therapy Association and Dance Movement Therapy Association of Canada. I am also a certified yoga teacher with experience and training in somatic modalities.

Work through your thoughts and feelings from a bottom-up approach, tuning into your body and its needs to understand your path to wholeness. Using dance therapy, creative arts therapy, somatics,  yoga, and movement I provide a holistic approach to healing that processes and expresses emotional content without the need for words.

Through movement, creativity, and embodied understanding explore your inner world, express emotional content safely, and embody emotions to foster personal growth and well-being. Let’s choose what modality feels best for your body and begin the exploration

Searching for something beyond the tangible, physical world is a common practice. If you are in search of a deeper energetic & vibrational level of intuitive healing then these offerings may suit you. Spiritual modalities use universal energy, vibrational frequency of sound & singing, and intuitive understanding to provide healing. Open your chakras, your heart, and your mind by inviting room for something more. Allow me to discover what energetic or spiritual blockages you are experiencing so we can choose the best modality for you to start or support your healing journey.
